Off-Grid Ham Radio Operations: Portable Power for 100 Watts at Night Using a Car Battery

Fantastic experience. This is my first ever fully solo Portable Ham Radio trip with an outboard antenna (not roof mounted). I made some mistakes; no head torch / flashlight and I took too long and missed 40m in the dark. Effectively, I got up too late. Oh, and my coffee went cold. My thermos cup was sh*t!.
